Micah and Tov Fisher-Kirshner blitz it out for the first place trophy after tying in the 1994 Young People´s Tournament. Under the old rules of the tournament before 1994 Tov would have won on tie-breaks. Under the new rules a biltz match would break any ties. Micah won. Many years later they still played each other for that same trophy. :0) Chess is Forever!
